At Elmhurst, we place huge importance on your health and wellbeing. As a developing dancer, it’s not only vital your physical fitness is at its peak, but also your mental and emotional fitness too.

Injuries are an almost inevitable hazard of a dancer’s life, which is why our expert Health and Wellbeing Team will teach you techniques for preventing and managing injuries when they do occur.

Our dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach will work with you to devise a bespoke programme to strengthen your body, involving our fully-equipped Technogym with elite multi-functional training rig. Outdoor sports and team games will also be an integral part of your programme.
