Funding

We believe that talent is classless and that elite ballet education should be available to young people, regardless of their financial background.

The Governors of Elmhurst Ballet School offer an annual scholarship to an Upper School (sixth form) student.  This is a fully-funded place at the School, including training, lodgings, and catering.

UK Government support is available on a means-tested basis for UK students, through the Music and Dance Scheme for Lower School and the Dance and Drama Awards for Upper School.

A number of bursaries and scholarships are available to both UK and international students.

Eligibility to apply for the Governors Scholarship and for bursaries is based on talent.
